"Banana Pants".  If you know me, you've heard the phrase.  I've been wearing the Sloan style pant to work for as many years as I can remember, but recently, Banana Republic came out with a new style:  The Avery.  They definitely are a little more dressy; the wool fabric and trouser fit is what sets them apart.  Right now, they're 40% off..so yea, work pants that fit perfectly for under $60 sounds like a deal to me.

Also, if you know me, you know my affinity for extra large, comfy sweaters (if it resembles a blanket, I'll probably buy it).  Only problem is, these sweaters can sometimes make me look like I'm completely not trying.  By adding a sleek blouse underneath, it looks like an actual outfit..not just something thrown together.  I'm obsessed with the twisted detail on this blouse..usually I don't go for things like that, but the way this blouse fits, the detailing is very flattering.  Oh and this blouse is also 40% right now, along with everything else.  Run.

I love that I can find pieces for both work and the weekend at Banana Republic.  They really have it all.
