Everyone chill out. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale happens every year and I feel like every year everyone gets more and more manic about it. For us small bloggers, we may make a few extra $ off of our readers clicking a link or two and buying a top or scarf. I guess I can sort of understand the madness, though, because some of the the big timers are making tons and tons of $ (think thousands, tens of thousands)..yep.
Anywho, early access starts today. That's for all of y'all who have Nordy's card. You can still open a Nordstrom's card to get access now, but for all you normal people (myself included), the sale starts the 22nd and don't worry, you'll still have access to insane deals.
Some of my most favorite picks from Nordstrom in general (sorry if they aren't included in the sale) are:
1) Top Shop Moto "Leigh" Skinny Jeans - I have worn these jeans (pictured above) approximately 1,885,236 times in the last couple months..completely worth it.
2) Tory Burch Flats - need I say more? They are perfect for the working gal..just perfect. I can't help but fall for a cute, simple pair of her flats.
3) Their Vince and Theory collections..also perfect for the working gal. These pieces are so chic and classic..you'll have them forever. Ugh..like this dress and this sweater..
4) The Alexander McQueen skull scarf. This may have to be the year I take the plunge.
5) Their immense Burberry trench collection. I sometimes go back and forth whether I'd rather make a large designer purchase at the actual designer's store, but Nordstrom literally has the best customer service, so it's kinda a no-brainer.
8) Their Christian Dior sunglasses. Now, I am never a supporter of spending $600 on sunglasses, but they're at least fun to try on.
9) The T by Alexander Wang. It's a little wild to spend this much on a t-shirt, but it is the most perfect fitting one..it just is.
10) Last, but definitely not least..my favorite brand of watch: Michele. They have a huge collection of all the bracelets, straps, & faces. I think I've been wearing mine now for over 6 years and have rarely taken it off. One of the best investments I've made.
I could go on and on, but "10" is a nice even number. I hope you all have fun shopping the #NSale. It really can be a good money-saver if you don't get too crazy about it ;)
