I absolutely love this dress and yes, it's from F21. That store gets me everything. You have to be in the right mood to shop (online & in store), but when you get in the right mindset, you can typically come out with a few classic, super inexpensive pieces. This dress can be worn to work (with a cardi), to a brunch, tea, boat party, etc.
Now let's talk about this bag. So, it's not the Drew, but it's super close and costs less than the tax.
