Hand's down Chewy.com has been the best online pet store I've ever come across. Let me tell you a little story. When I first got my Mollie, I was purchasing things for her left and right (disclaimer to anyone buying a dog: it's not just the price of the dog; it's so much more). I wanted matching everything-duh. Collar, leash, harness, whatever and so I started researching. I found a few sites that I liked, but after finding Chewy.com, I was hooked. They had all the matching accessories I wanted. I purchased a few items and when they arrived, I was bummed. The harness I had purchase was WAY too small. Love you, Mollie..but you're not a small..you're a healthy medium. So, as I've done many times for myself, I went to find the return slip, fill it out, re-package the box, and ship out. After looking probably three times in the box for the return slip, I didn't see one. I then went to their website to look up their return policy and all there was, was a phone number. I called and told the rep what had happened and that I just wanted to exchange the harness for one size up, but needed to return the smaller size. After refunding me the money..while I was still on the phone and before I actually returned the harness..the rep told me to make sure the harness got to a deserving animal shelter and that's all they needed from me. Umm what? I was speechless and immediately was in love with this company.
Not only does Chewy.com have all the cute accessories, toys, treats, etc. they carry all the major (and minor) food brands and deliver the food right to your door. Mollie only eats grain-free, so I was estactic after finding her brand. I didn't bring my car to DC, so there was no way that I was going to be able to lug her dog food from the pet store all the way back to my apartment. She also has a little case of bad breath..okay big..but there were no sufficient grain free dental chews, but Chewy.com now carries Grain Free Greenies!
