1. Mattress 2. TV 3. Bar Cart. In that order. I'll be treating myself to a bar cart once I've moved in and can find the space in my little 500 sq ft. studio. Yes, 500 sq ft. and that's probably rounding up. Since the place is so small, every little detail needs to be immaculate and that includes the bar cart set-up.
