I am ashamed to say I just purchased my first grown-up camera (Nikon J1). I know, I know. I picked it up this weekend and after a stressful trip to BestBuy for the memory card (thanks TN tax-free weekend), I began teaching myself how to use all the functionality. Considering my last camera was from circa-beginning of high school and was a little point & shoot Canon ELPH, this may take some time.
