I find myself thinking jealous thoughts quite often. Maybe it is the amount of fashion blogs I look at..but seriously, when something good happens for another person whether it be a new outfit, a new job, an exotic trip; whatever it is, I sometimes feel conflicted. Happiness is the first reaction I usually have; I tend to (try to) be a pretty positive person, but then jealousy sneaks its sneaky way in. "Why wasn't I chosen for that job?", "why can't I have those expensive shoes?"..you get the picture. I think jealousy is a natural reaction and I can't possibly be the only one to feel this emotion; and although green is a really good color on me ;) , I am going to try and make a conscious effort at being a less jealous person. Let's see how this works out..because really, in the long run, how happy are these (or this or these) really going to make me?
